Petunjuk Penghapusan Data

Jika Anda telah menghubungkan akun Facebook/WhatsApp Business Anda ke Zipli (melalui Meta Embedded Signup atau Facebook Login for Business) dan ingin data Anda dihapus dari sistem kami, ikuti langkah berikut:

  1. Kirim email ke halo@zipli.app dari alamat email yang terdaftar pada akun Zipli Anda, dengan subjek "Permintaan Penghapusan Data".
  2. Sertakan nomor WhatsApp Business dan/atau nama bisnis yang terhubung ke akun Anda agar kami dapat memverifikasi identitas Anda.
  3. Kami akan memproses permintaan Anda dan menghapus data pribadi yang tersimpan di sistem Zipli — termasuk data akun, daftar kontak, riwayat pesan, dan token akses WhatsApp/Facebook yang terhubung — dalam waktu 30 hari, kecuali kami diwajibkan oleh hukum untuk menyimpan data tertentu lebih lama.
  4. Anda akan menerima konfirmasi melalui email setelah penghapusan selesai.

Perlu diperhatikan bahwa penghapusan data dari sistem Zipli tidak menghapus data Anda dari Meta/WhatsApp secara langsung. Untuk menghapus atau mencabut izin aplikasi pada akun Facebook Anda secara terpisah, buka Pengaturan Facebook Anda → Aplikasi dan Situs Web, temukan "Zipli", dan pilih Hapus.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

If you have connected your Facebook/WhatsApp Business account to Zipli (via Meta Embedded Signup or Facebook Login for Business) and would like your data deleted from our systems, follow these steps:

  1. Email halo@zipli.app from the address registered on your Zipli account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the WhatsApp Business number and/or business name connected to your account so we can verify your identity.
  3. We will process your request and delete personal data held in Zipli's systems — including account data, contact lists, message history, and connected WhatsApp/Facebook access tokens — within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain data longer.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Note that deleting your data from Zipli's systems does not remove your data from Meta/WhatsApp directly. To remove or revoke the app's permissions on your Facebook account separately, go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find "Zipli", and select Remove.
